The Set-Up

The Cottage is suited to host a total of 10 guests- maximum 8 adults.

MAIN HOUSE

On the main floor, there is a fully stocked kitchen (no dishwasher), living room, one bedroom (queen size), full bathroom (shower/tub combo), and screened in porch. On the lower level, there is a common space that sleeps four (two twins and a set of bunk beds), an additional full bathroom (stall shower), and laundry room with extra refrigerator. The lower level has access to the garage and driveway.

DETACHED GUEST HOUSE

There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The other bedroom has two twin beds. There is a living room, fully stocked kitchen (no dishwasher), and full bathroom with a stall shower.
